🧹 Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Room Attendants, Housemen, and Linen Attendants, ensuring Burj Al Arab’s legendary standards are met.
• Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas with meticulous attention to detail—no imperfection goes unnoticed.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Butler teams to prioritize VIP arrivals, special requests, and turndown services.
• Manage inventory of luxury amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies.
• Train new hires on ultra-luxury cleaning protocols, safety, and discretion.
• Handle guest complaints professionally, resolving issues with elegance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills:

1. Minimum 3+ years in housekeeping supervision (5-star or luxury hotels preferred).
2. Proven leadership ability—must inspire a team to deliver perfection under pressure.
3. Extreme attention to detail—you notice what others miss.
4. Strong English communication (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus).
5. Tech-savvy (experience with Opera PMS, HotSOS, or similar systems is an advantage).
6. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 luxury operation.
