👔 Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle, sort, and process luxury linens, guest laundry, and staff uniforms with extreme care.
• Operate industrial washers, dryers, and steam presses to Burj Al Arab’s exacting standards.
• Inspect fabrics for stains, damage, or wear—ensuring only pristine items are returned to circulation.
• Fold, package, and deliver laundry with precision, adhering to VIP guest preferences (e.g., pressed shirts, delicate silks).
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report equipment issues promptly.
• Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols for handling high-end textiles.
• Work discreetly—many items belong to high-profile guests.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills:

1. Prior laundry experience (hotels, luxury resorts, or high-end dry cleaners preferred).
2. Knowledge of fabric care (silks, linens, wool, etc.) and stain-removal techniques.
3. Physical stamina (role involves standing for long hours and lifting heavy loads).
4. Detail-oriented mindset—no wrinkles, no imperfections tolerated.
5. Basic English communication (additional languages are a plus).
6. Team player with a positive attitude.
