🍽️ Role & Responsibilities

1. Lead daily operations of our signature fine-dining restaurant
2. Curate unforgettable guest journeys through personalized service
3. Manage international service team (50+ staff) to Michelin standards
4. Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development & wine pairing
5. Control P&L with <22% food cost and >85% staff retention
6. Implement innovative service concepts (tableside theatrics, sensory dining)
7. Host VIP guests including heads of state and celebrities
8. Maintain Forbes 5-Star/AA 5-Diamond standards

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

✅ 8+ years in luxury restaurants (Michelin/5-star hotel experience required)
✅ Proven track record in high-volume fine dining (minimum $5M annual revenue)
✅ Wine & spirits expertise (WSET Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
✅ Multilingual fluency (English + Arabic/French/Russian/Mandarin ideal)
✅ Financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, cost control)
✅ Leadership presence – commands respect from staff and guests alike
✅ Impeccable grooming and executive demeanor
