Salary:

1. AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month (based on experience and shift schedule)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas of the mall to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, damage, or suspicious activity
• Monitor security systems, surveillance cameras (CCTV), and fire alarms
• Assist customers and visitors by providing directions or helping in emergency situations
• Manage crowd control during busy hours and special events
• Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, or alarms
• Inspect and control access points, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas
• Maintain detailed daily activity reports and incident logs
• Ensure compliance with mall safety and security procedures
• Work in coordination with emergency services when required

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Minimum education: Secondary School Certificate (10th Grade or higher)
2. Basic English communication skills (speaking and writing); Arabic is an advantage
3. Physically fit with the ability to stand or walk for long hours
4. Experience as a Security Guard is preferred; SIRA license is a plus but not mandatory
5. Honest, alert, and professional demeanor
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
7. Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
