Role and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping attendants and cleaners
Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance
Ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals and meet hotel standards
Assign duties to staff and monitor performance throughout the shift
Train new team members and support ongoing development of staff
Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and properly used
Maintain daily reports and communicate effectively with other departments
Promote safety, hygiene, and cleanliness practices at all times

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Hospitality is a plus
2–4 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort, including supervisory experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English (other languages are a plus)
Ability to lead, motivate, and train a multicultural team
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Familiar with hotel housekeeping systems and operations
Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
