Role and Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet venues before events (tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, etc.)
• Greet and serve guests courteously during weddings, conferences, galas, and corporate events
• Deliver food and beverages to assigned tables accurately and promptly
• Clear tables, manage glassware, and maintain cleanliness during events
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth flow of food
• Follow event timelines and instructions from supervisors
• Assist with event breakdown and re-setting for the next function
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding to requests
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and grooming standards

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Prior experience in banquets, restaurants, or catering services is preferred
2. Strong communication skills in English (spoken); other languages are a plus
3. Well-groomed and presentable appearance
4. Physically fit to carry trays, stand for long hours, and work on flexible schedules
5. Polite, respectful, and guest-oriented attitude
6. Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
7. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
