Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and presentation standards
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming environment
- Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and upsell premium selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Check guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Restock bar inventory, order supplies, and manage stock rotation
- Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service
- Support team members and help maintain smooth operations during busy hours
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, bar, or fine-dining restaurant is essential
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and bar equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Positive, energetic, and guest-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Attention to detail in presentation, cleanliness, and service
- Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is a bonus
