Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior chefs
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food prep areas
• Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines
• Maintain stock control and ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Prepare mise-en-place for daily operations
• Learn and adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Work as part of a team to maintain kitchen efficiency during busy service periods
• Take initiative to improve culinary skills and support kitchen needs as required

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Previous kitchen experience or culinary training is preferred but not mandatory
2. Passion for cooking and learning new techniques
3. Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety
4. Good communication skills in English
5. Positive attitude, flexibility, and eagerness to grow professionally
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
7. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
