Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes based on the restaurant’s concept and menu
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and standardization
• Develop and present new menu items, specials, or seasonal dishes
• Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly, especially during peak service times
• Monitor and maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance)
• Manage inventory, place food orders, and maintain cost controls
• Collaborate with restaurant and F&B managers to enhance guest satisfaction
• Uphold Atlantis brand standards in every dish and kitchen process

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or CDP in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant
2. Professional culinary certification or diploma preferred
3. Strong knowledge of international cuisines (e.g., Arabic, Asian, European, Indian, Mediterranean)
4. Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food presentation, and portion control
5. Good English communication skills; other languages are a plus
6. Creativity, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
7. Flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
