Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff in preparing ingredients (washing, cutting, peeling, etc.)
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and working areas
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure cleanliness of storage areas
• Load and unload deliveries and help with inventory organization
• Maintain a hygienic and safe kitchen environment by following health regulations
• Support food preparation tasks during busy meal service hours
• Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff and complete assigned tasks efficiently

Qualifications and Skills:

1. No formal education required; basic kitchen or cleaning experience is a plus
2. Eagerness to learn and work hard in a fast-paced environment
3. Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long hours
4. Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness
5. Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
6. Basic English communication skills (spoken) preferred
7. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
