🎯 Role and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive footfall and boost retail performance.
2. Collaborate with store partners and external brands for joint marketing opportunities.
3. Manage advertising, promotions, digital campaigns, and social media presence.
4. Analyze consumer trends and competitors to shape effective strategies.
5. Monitor sales targets, prepare reports, and present ROI analysis to senior management.
6. Represent Dubai Mall at business expos, PR events, and industry seminars.

✅ Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management (retail or shopping mall sector preferred)
• Proven ability to manage large campaigns and lead high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in CRM, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and digital platforms
• Multilingual candidates (especially English + Arabic or other international languages) are highly preferred
