Job Description
Provide financial and administrative services to prepare cash flow through the efficient, timely and accurate processing and recording of accounts payable and receivable transactions utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare bank account reconciliations and broker account reconciliations on a monthly basis to ensure proper and timely recording of transactions to the general ledger and reconcile any discrepancies with bank personnel.
- Coordinate with all finance managers within the group to ensure timely delivery of cash flows, review all cash flows for group companies and prepare consolidated cash flows for the entire group with the group CFO.
- Monitor all outstanding bank loans and make necessary arrangements for timely repayment of interest and installments on loans to avoid penalties.
- Prepare the company’s cash position on a daily basis to ensure that cash is available for day-to-day operations and advise management when cash shortages are identified or when cash infusion is required to meet financial obligations.
- Assist the Account Supervisor in day-to-day accounting activities and prepare audit schedules and disclosures for single and consolidated audits. In addition, assist the Finance Manager in budgeting and the Treasury Manager in banking related activities to meet audit requirements.
- Calculate finance charges related to bank loans and overdraft interest, ensure that all applicable charges are as per the rates agreed with the bank, and reconcile any discrepancies with the bank.
- Prepare bank transfers to suppliers, ensure all payments are made in a timely manner without delay, prepare daily portfolio transaction records and report daily profit and loss results to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Commerce
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a group company
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Capable in Microsoft Office Suite (Viewpoint, Dominate, Word, PowerPoint, and so forth)

The Leasing Agent – Residential ensures the efficiency of the leasing department’s projects by interacting directly with prospective tenants in order to achieve maximum occupancy and maintain high customer service standards overall. Responsible for the leasing process from implementation to actual occupancy of residents, processing and finalizing agreements between landlords and tenants.
Job Requirements:
- Lease agreements, process and execution
- Provide prospective tenants with information about the apartments and community and schedule visits to the community. Responsible for leasing apartments in accordance with approved budget rates.
- Assist in the accurate and efficient preparation of all leasing documents (i.e. applications, lease agreements, lease move-in procedures, etc.).
- Creates customer records in the system database and ensures the accuracy of data entered according to company standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, and housekeeping departments to ensure smooth completion of the check-in process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed knowledge of all aspects of the community, especially rent and pricing information, availability, apartment availability, lease expiration dates, and square footage.

- Assist the Leasing Manager in conducting customer lead generation.
