The Senior Analyst for the Best Buy Health (BBYH) Functional and Operations team is responsible for working with cross-functional partners to develop, implement, and execute a backlog of business tools to reduce redundancy and improve overall efficiency for Best Buy Health initiatives.
Must understand process flows, CRM tools, sales enablement functions, system user testing, and cross-functional partnerships. This role will work with business groups and technology teams to evaluate, recommend and implement process improvements.
