Job Description.
Design, deploy, deliver and maintain a technology infrastructure that provides operational technology (OT) security services to internal and external stakeholders.
Deploy cutting edge green technologies that support the principles of cloud and virtualized services to ensure high levels of reliability, availability and performance of the operational infrastructure in line with established SLAs, OT (Operational Technology) security architecture and organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity. Ensure that the required redundant systems are available, data is continuously backed up, backup integrity is maintained, data backup confidentiality is assured, and alternate recovery sites are available. Ensure that systems supporting disaster recovery and business continuity requirements are regularly tested to provide reliable recovery based on agreed SLAs and KPI targets. Ensure that all recovery procedures are documented.
- Monitoring of OT (Operational Technology) security systems. regular monitoring of logs and events for OT security and any operational systems. Take corrective action in the event of a failure and provide root cause analysis reports. Ensure that all new systems are monitored and supporting commissioning and maintenance procedures are documented.
- Technology Infrastructure. Lead the design, implementation, and operation of an integrated technology infrastructure environment called the Security Cloud and ensure the development of standard services to support 24×7 operations. Provide 24×7 on-call support for the Security Cloud technology infrastructure and services. Ensure that all support procedures are documented. Practice and adhere to ISO 20000 in all service management processes.
