- Assist in managing the front office team to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain high levels of guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage room inventory and supervise the reservation process.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed.
- Provide training and support to front office staff as needed.
- Ensure that all front desk procedures are in compliance with hotel policies and standards.
- Represent the hotel in a positive manner at all times.
- Proven experience in a hotel front office management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
- Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management software.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Additional certification in Hotel Management or Customer Service is a plus.
