Job Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
2. Perform analysis on current business practices and processes, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
3. Develop detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
4. Create and validate financial models and forecasts.
5. Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
6. Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning.
7. Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
• Expertise in data analysis software and Excel.
• Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Education and Qualification:

1. A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
