Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead and motivate teams across various departments to maintain high service standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and support where needed
- Coordinate with department heads to optimize workflow and guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
- Prepare reports on daily operations and escalate concerns to senior management
- Support special events and oversee VIP guest services when required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within luxury hotels or resorts
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient with hotel management software and MS Office
