- Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external clients.
- Facilitate efficient communication channels and coordinate the flow of information.
- Organize and maintain files and office records.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions.
- Conduct research and prepare materials for executive discussions and decision-making.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with virtual meeting technologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.

Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in administrative support is advantageous.
