Role and Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant staff and oversee daily F&B service operations
- Ensure guests are welcomed, seated, and served promptly and professionally
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with care and efficiency
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations
- Train and mentor new service staff and help build a high-performing team
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards in the dining area
- Maintain billing accuracy and assist with end-of-shift reporting
- Support the Restaurant Manager in managing inventory and service quality
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2–3 years of F&B experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and fine dining etiquette
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle guest concerns gracefully
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering world-class hospitality
