Role and Responsibilities:

• Supervise restaurant staff and oversee daily F&B service operations
• Ensure guests are welcomed, seated, and served promptly and professionally
• Handle guest complaints and feedback with care and efficiency
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations
• Train and mentor new service staff and help build a high-performing team
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards in the dining area
• Maintain billing accuracy and assist with end-of-shift reporting
• Support the Restaurant Manager in managing inventory and service quality

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Minimum 2–3 years of F&B experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment
2. Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
3. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
4. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
5. Knowledge of food safety standards and fine dining etiquette
6. Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle guest concerns gracefully
7. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
8. A positive attitude and passion for delivering world-class hospitality
