Role and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure all food and beverage items are served according to quality standards
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure cost control
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in accordance with Dubai Municipality regulations
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for seamless delivery
• Generate reports and assist management with operational planning

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant
2. Strong understanding of F&B service standards and customer satisfaction
3. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
4. Natural leadership ability with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to manage a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
6. Working knowledge of POS systems and reservation software is an advantage
7. Hospitality management diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
8. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
