Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of resort operations, including rooms, food & beverage, spa, entertainment, and guest services
• Oversee a large, multicultural team and departmental heads to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations
• Champion guest experience initiatives and ensure consistent delivery of 5-star luxury standards
• Drive revenue and profitability through strategic planning, cost control, and market responsiveness
• Collaborate with owners and executive leadership to align business goals with company vision
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and business performance reports
• Promote a culture of excellence, learning, integrity, and staff empowerment
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, labor policies, and health & safety standards
• Represent the brand at high-profile events, industry forums, and stakeholder meetings

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in luxury hotel/resort management, with at least 5 years as a General Manager or equivalent
2. Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
3. Proven track record of leading large-scale operations with multicultural teams
4. Strong understanding of financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue strategies
5. Experience in pre-opening, brand standards, and guest service excellence
6. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and people management skills
7. Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
8. Culturally sensitive, globally minded, and highly adaptable
