🧹 Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure flawless cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail—every pillow, towel, and amenity must meet Burj Al Arab standards.
• Restock minibars, toiletries, and luxury amenities as per guest preferences.
• Collaborate with butlers & supervisors to fulfill special requests (e.g., VIP turndown services).
• Report maintenance issues promptly to maintain the hotel’s pristine condition.
• Follow strict hygiene & safety protocols to ensure a luxurious and safe guest experience.
• Uphold discretion and professionalism when handling guest belongings.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills:

1. Previous housekeeping experience (luxury hotels or 5-star resorts preferred).
2. Strong work ethic & physical stamina (role involves lifting, bending, and long hours on feet).
3. Keen eye for detail & perfectionism—no compromise on quality.
4. Basic English communication (additional languages are a plus).
5. Team player with a positive attitude.
