Job Responsibilities:

For Junior Mortgage Advisor:

1. Assist clients in assessing their mortgage needs and eligibility.
2. Work alongside senior advisors to learn the trade and nuances of mortgage advisory.
3. Manage customer documentation and preliminary financial assessments.
4. Stay updated on the latest mortgage products and regulatory requirements.

For Senior Mortgage Advisor:

1. Provide clients with professional advice on suitable mortgage products.
2. Evaluate and analyze clients’ financial circumstances and recommend the best mortgage solution.
3. Negotiate terms with lenders on behalf of clients.
4. Maintain and build relationships with clients and lenders.
5. Ensure compliance with the financial regulations and laws.

Job Requirements:

• For Junior Advisors: Prior experience in sales, banking, or customer service is preferred.
• For Senior Advisors: Extensive experience in mortgage advisory or financial services with a track record of successful client
• management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using financial databases and MS Office.

Education and Qualification:

1. A relevant bachelor’s degree; additional certification in financial advisory or mortgage consultancy is a plus.
2. For Senior positions, a certification such as the Certified Mortgage Consultant (CMC) is highly regarded.
