Role and Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and dishwashing areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using both manual and industrial machines
• Clean floors, walls, and kitchen equipment to ensure sanitary conditions
• Properly handle chemicals and cleaning supplies as per safety standards
• Support chefs by keeping clean equipment and utensils readily available
• Assist with waste removal and recycling duties
• Ensure that all storage and work areas are neat, organized, and hazard-free
• Follow instructions from supervisors and kitchen managers

Qualifications and Skills:

1. No formal education required; entry-level position suitable for beginners
2. Basic understanding of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
3. Good physical stamina and ability to lift, stand, and bend for extended periods
4. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
5. Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail
6. Basic spoken English is preferred
7. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
