Role and Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press laundry items including linens, towels, and guest clothing
• Operate laundry machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Check items for stains or damage and report issues promptly
• Handle delicate fabrics according to care instructions
• Organize and deliver laundry items to guest rooms or designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in laundry rooms and equipment
• Label and track guest laundry and staff uniforms accurately
• Follow hotel standards, health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Prior experience in laundry or housekeeping is an advantage, but not required
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
3. Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy laundry loads
4. Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
5. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
6. Honest, dependable, and willing to learn
7. Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
