Job Responsibilities

1. Providing top-notch customer service during night-time operations.
2. Handling front desk duties including guest check-ins and check-outs.
3. Ensuring guest safety and security throughout the night.
4. Responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
5. Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and other public areas.
6. Assisting with basic food and beverage services as needed.

Job Requirements
