Role and Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant
• Manage restaurant reservations and seating plans
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Handle special guest requests and accommodate VIPs
• Maintain an organized waiting list and assist with queue management
• Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance area
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or compliments with grace and professionalism

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Prior experience as a host/hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role is preferred
2. Excellent English communication skills; other languages are a plus
3. Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
4. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
5. Confident, calm, and able to work under pressure
6. Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage
7. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
