Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, inspire, and manage the front-of-house team to exceed performance targets
• Handle guest relations and resolve any service issues professionally and promptly
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Manage scheduling, training, appraisals, and performance of restaurant staff
• Work closely with the kitchen team for coordination and smooth service flow
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budget targets
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and customer experience
• Report to the F&B Director and contribute to restaurant marketing and business planning

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel
2. Strong knowledge of international service standards and fine dining etiquette
3. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
4. Leadership qualities with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
5. Proficiency in using POS systems and restaurant management software
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
7. Hospitality degree or equivalent qualification preferred
8. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
