Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
• Set up trays or trolleys with attention to detail and presentation standards
• Answer guest calls and take room service orders accurately and politely
• Ensure all orders are delivered according to guest preferences
• Clear trays from rooms after service and ensure cleanliness is maintained
• Handle guest concerns or special requests with care and promptness
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Room Service area
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Previous experience in Room Service or F&B service is preferred
2. Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
3. Presentable, polite, and guest-oriented personality
4. Ability to handle multiple orders and work under pressure
5. Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and professionalism
6. Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
7. Basic knowledge of food and beverage items
