Job Responsibilities:

2. Develop detailed project plans, including resources, timescales, and budgets.
3. Conduct risk analysis, develop mitigation strategies, and implement action plans.
4. Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to align project objectives.
5. Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
6. Utilize specialist planning tools and software to keep all stakeholders informed.
7. Mentor junior planning engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the planning department.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Planning Engineer or in a similar senior role in project planning within the engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard project management and planning software tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education and Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Certification in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is advantageous.
