Job Responsibilities

1. Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
2. Manage the storage of kitchen equipment and utensils.
3. Assist with basic food preparations as instructed by the chef.
4. Ensure the kitchen environment meets health and safety regulations.
5. Dispose of waste in an eco-friendly manner.
6. Support the kitchen staff during busy periods.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Steward or Dishwasher is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of industrial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
