Role and Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage all incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments or personnel efficiently
• Provide accurate information and assistance to guests and staff via phone
• Record and relay messages when required
• Maintain a courteous and helpful tone at all times
• Handle guest requests and inquiries or direct them to the right team
• Ensure proper logging of calls and follow-up actions if needed
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized communications area

Qualifications and Skills:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or communications training is a plus
2. Previous experience as a telephone operator or in customer service preferred
3. Excellent English communication skills—clear and polite phone manner
4. Basic knowledge of hotel operations is a bonus
5. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
6. Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
7. Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
