Job Responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality service to guests in the Club Lounge, ensuring a memorable experience.
2. Serve food and beverages, and assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all beverage lists and promotions, menu items, and preparation methods.
4. Engage with guests, offering personalized service and attending to their needs.
5. Set up the Club Lounge in preparation for service and maintain its cleanliness and presentation.
6. Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
7. Process orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a high-end hotel or luxury dining environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with discerning guests.
