Salary:

1. AED 4,500 – AED 6,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations
• Monitor day-to-day financial transactions and assist with audits
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations
• Prepare financial reports for senior management
• Collaborate with procurement, HR, and operations departments for cost controls
• Suggest improvements in internal financial processes and controls

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
4. Strong analytical and organizational skills
5. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
6. Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
7. Knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulations is a plus
8. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
