Role and Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in buildings and facilities
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform timely repairs
- Inspect wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and other components regularly
- Follow safety regulations and ensure systems meet legal standards
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians on daily tasks
- Prepare reports on completed work and maintenance schedules
- Support emergency repairs and participate in on-call duties, if required
- Keep electrical tools and equipment in good condition
- Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or similar field
- 2+ years of experience as an electrician (commercial or industrial preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE electrical safety codes and practices
- Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and follow instructions
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
- Good communication skills (basic English preferred)
- Physically fit, detail-oriented, and willing to work flexible hours
- Team player with a strong work ethic
