1. Lead the entire Burj Al Arab operation (1,800+ staff, 202 suites)
2. Maintain 7-star service standards (Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond)
3. Drive revenue growth across F&B, suites, and exclusive experiences
4. Curate VIP guest journeys for heads of state, celebrities, and royalty
5. Innovate luxury offerings (private butlers, diamond concierge services)
6. Oversaw P&L with $500M+ annual revenue
7. Represent the hotel at global luxury forums & events

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

✅ 15+ years in ultra-luxury hospitality (7-star/Michelin hotel experience required)
✅ Proven GM experience in Forbes 5-Star/Relais & Châteaux properties
✅ Financial mastery (P&L, revenue management, cost optimization)
✅ Multilingual fluency (English + Arabic/French/Mandarin preferred)
