🔧 Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems to Burj Al Arab’s 7-star standards.
• Respond urgently to repair requests (e.g., climate control, lighting, smart room systems) with discretion and efficiency.
• Inspect and maintain luxury fixtures (chandeliers, elevators, marine equipment) to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with butlers and housekeeping to resolve guest-facing issues silently and swiftly.
• Document all maintenance using digital systems (HotSOS, CMMS).
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Civil Defense safety regulations.
• Train junior technicians in luxury hotel protocols.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills:

1. 3+ years in maintenance/engineering (5-star hotels, hospitals, or marine facilities preferred).
2. Expertise in 2+ areas: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
3. Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and smart room tech.
4. Problem-solving agility—must diagnose and fix issues before guests notice.
5. Physical fitness (role involves climbing, lifting, and working in tight spaces).
6. Basic English communication (Arabic or Russian is a plus).
7. Visa eligibility: Open to foreign candidates (full visa sponsorship provided).
