🧁 Role & Responsibilities

  1. Design & execute show-stopping desserts for fine dining, VIP events, and royal banquets
  2. Lead the pastry team in a Michelin-standard kitchen
  3. Create custom wedding/celebration cakes (minimum 5-tier masterpieces)
  4. Innovate with rare ingredients (saffron, gold leaf, rare chocolates)
  5. Maintain zero-waste pastry production with sustainable techniques
  6. Train junior pastry chefs in luxury plating & sugar artistry
  7. Ensure 100% consistency in taste, texture, and presentation

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

✅ 5+ years in Michelin/5-star hotel pastry kitchens
✅ Expertise in:

  • Modern plated desserts
  • Chocolate tempering & showpieces
  • Sugar blowing & sculpting
  • Viennoiserie & artisanal bread
    ✅ Portfolio of luxury pastry creations (Instagram/website preferred)
    ✅ Leadership skills to manage a multicultural pastry brigade
    ✅ Fluency in English (French/Arabic a bonus)
    ✅ Impeccable hygiene & precision
