Location: Tower 1, 10th Floor, City Centre Deira Complex PO Box 91100, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Role and Responsibilities
As a Salesman/Sales Associate, you will:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Previous retail/sales experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Language: Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Personality: Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
