Role and Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or warehouse management software
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of all items
- Monitor stock levels and prepare requisitions for replenishment
- Issue materials to staff or departments as per requests
- Perform regular stock audits and report discrepancies
- Ensure cleanliness and safety within the store or warehouse area
- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and coordinating with suppliers
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse work
- Knowledge of inventory software and stock management systems (preferred)
- Basic English communication skills (reading and writing)
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials
- Organized, honest, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required
