Role and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly manner
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders clearly and accurately
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, following company standards
- Handle guest questions, special requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Follow food hygiene and safety protocols
- Support colleagues and assist in daily restaurant operations as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant is a plus
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
