🍽️ Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver flawless service in our signature restaurants (Al Muntaha, Al Mahara, etc.) with 7-star precision.
• Master menu knowledge—including ingredients, preparation, and wine pairings—to guide guests authoritatively.
• Anticipate unspoken needs (e.g., replenishing drinks before glasses empty, adjusting service pace to guest mood).
• Collaborate with sommeliers and chefs to create personalized dining experiences.
• Maintain immaculate presentation—from table settings to personal grooming.
• Handle special requests (allergies, anniversaries, VIP preferences) with discretion and creativity.
• Upsell premium items (caviar, vintage wines) tastefully.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills:

1. 2+ years in fine dining (5-star hotels, Michelin restaurants, or luxury cruise lines preferred).
2. Exceptional English fluency (Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin is a huge plus).
3. Polished etiquette—you move with grace under pressure in high-profile settings.
4. Wine/cocktail knowledge (certifications are advantageous but not mandatory).
5. Physical stamina (able to carry trays and stay poised during long shifts).
6. Visa eligibility: Open to foreign candidates (full visa sponsorship provided).
